I will be very embarrassing for her if this quick jumping to conclusion turns out to be true.

If it turns out to be so, I'd bet that Chief Justice Roberts (by whatever authority he has) will assert some sort of review and veto over any radical clerks that Sotomayor and Justice Black Woman might want to hire in the future.

It will be interesting to watch this played out. We're all guessing.

It seems more likely that they will put strong electronic controls on the files, so chain of custody is closely tracked.

There might not even be a leaker in the Supreme Court. Maybe they got hacked. Maybe some angry ex-boyfriend decoded a file stolen onto a thumb drive, perhaps even from one of Alito's own clerks. (This could also explain why a February draft was leaked in May.)

I just hope they get to the bottom of this swiftly.

There's a meme of RGB with some pro abortion text making the rounds on my liberal friends FB pages. Someone commented that RBG should have been glad her mother didn't abort her. That drew an instant "Get the F off my page if you don't agree". Seriously, my liberal young woman friend told her friend (who I don't know) that she should leave if she doesn't agree with her, presumably ending the friendship on the spot.
