Unfortunately, she's not alone. There's a whole crop of young adults who think gender/sex is a fluid thing.
[…]
Seems to me that the problem isn't so much that Gender is fluid — Gender is always in-process of cultural renegotiation and cross-pollinization — but rather, whether Gender's fluidity is untethered to stable biological realities (i.e. Sex) as the radical genderists assert.
IOW, fluidity-within-limits vs unlimited fluidity.
Let's start with a basic assertion: Gender isn't fluid. Gender biology is a hard-reality thing.
Gender roles & norms are something a society can negotiate. But a tomcat must always be a tomcat.
I'll be honest - - - we have a boy dog and a girl dog and I sometimes "mis-gender" them. Say 'good boy' to the girl dog and 'good girl' to the boy dog. Pronouns are tricky and sometimes I get confused, and the last thing I want to do is raise sexually confused dogs, so I'm trying to say 'good dog' instead.

Boop suffers from canine treatandcenterofattentionmorphism. What color flag do I need for that? Words mean nothing. Actions (treats and ear rubs) matter.
She dishes out a wicked side-eye if I get it wrong.

Kids who can't tell if they are boys or girls are just the type who couldn't tell a great nation from a terrorist regime.
They're also the type that wouldn't last five minutes with that sign In an Islamic country. You think they hate Jews? They hate the gays just as much. Anybody really, who doesn't look or act the way they do, isn't welcome to poke their heads out of their hole and parade around the streets.

Palestine is not a "terrorist regime". It is the homeland of an Indigenous People.
Support for Palestinians does not necessarily equate to Support for Hamas, just as Support for Israel's Right to Self-Defense does not necessarily equate to Support for "Gazatrocities".
