Have any of you ever dealt with them? I’m considering moving a big chunk of my collection through them. I’m sure I’ll take a big hit on their worth, bud I also would avoid the cleaning and ebay headaches. Just thinking it through.

It's a viable option. Most people that do it are crazed collectors that just have to have something new and don't mind taking a bit of a bath. They'll probably offer you about a third of their retail value but it is quick and easy and frankly ebay will earn you a third of their resale value, too.

Before you do it, I wouldn't hesitate to offer some of em right here. I'd bet there's a man or three here that would pay top dollar to have a genuine bona-fide JVH pipe. I can't be the only one who's primary focus is on pipes made by or owned by friends and/or people I admire. We can clean them ourselves, too.

I'd be interested in making a offer depending on what's for sale.

To whom it may concern,

I would like to purchase a CPS Author POY.
I am not as cool as JimVH. Nor or you. Well, unless you ARE JimVH.
