Prayers for my wife
Update:
Penny got some of her lab work back and while there is some concern, the Dr. had started prepping her for a big issue...but with the latest labs, said it was a false alarm...they are going to do 2 more scans and more labs, but with a more positive outlook. She is still struggling with the rehab from the surgery, but the other is aswered prayers. I can't thank you all enough for including her in your prayers. God is good and faithful.

Prayers for my wife
I'm late to this thread.
Prayer of thanksgiving for the good news/false alarm.
Ongoing prayer for healing and patience.
St. Luke, Evangelist and Physician, pray with us.

UPDATE:
Again thank you all for your prayers. Penny took her first steps today without the walker/crutches/cane. Still a ways to go before she climbing any of the 14eeners taht we have here in Colorado...heck still a ways to go before she can go shopping. But I know that this progress is due to God and answered prayers.
She will start dealing with a secondary issue that came up while she was doing the bloodwork and physical in prep for the surgery.
The testing she has set up is not painful, but the results could range from a medication issue to some very serious medical issues. I know that God has her in his hands, but I would ask for prayers for her as she enters into this with a serious amount of fear and dread.
Thanks again for keeping Penny in your thoughts and prayers
