Chicago Pipe Show!!!!
If anyone is at the show and sees Jon David Cole, owner of the Country Squire, and doesn't mind saying a form of the f-word to him, let me know. I have a message for him.

It's an integral part of my airplane mechanic vocabulary. He's a little guy. Want we to put a pop knot on his head?jmg wrote: 28 May 2022, 10:41 If anyone is at the show and sees Jon David Cole, owner of the Country Squire, and doesn't mind saying a form of the f-word to him, let me know. No, no...just a inside joke. If you come across him, tell him John Michael says, "fukity bye!"joegoat wrote: 28 May 2022, 13:54It's an integral part of my airplane mechanic vocabulary. I took zero... I can't put pictures on this new forum anyway. Your message also didn't get to John David. I saw him exactly once. He's just a little fella though.

Chicago Pipe Show!!!!
I am a couple of weeks late with my report on the Pipe Show reunion. Sincerest apologies.
It was so good to see everyone again after the Wuhan Virus policy debacle.
At the smoking table this year:
- Joegoat & his buddy Brandon.
- Winton & son
- Pepik (Joe)
- Will (Bigwill/GiantNinja)
- Del
- celebrity guests
Skip sent his regards. He was in Georgia, attending a wedding or graduation or something.
Pepik is working as some sort of high-tech, high security contract job, perhaps with an unnamed government agency of an unnamed government. Spooky.
Some very hard news: Winton shared that he has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's. He is joyfully bearing this. His peaceful courage is so admirable. The disease is already starting to show.... He shared the same story a few times, having forgotten that he had just told us.
Will is developing his law practice tremendously. Bought an office building with space to rent.... The rents cover the mortgage, so he has an impressive client hosting space that pays for itself. He has some excellent young staff. Family is thriving.
Joegoat puffs quietly as always. When he does talk excitedly, it's about his baby boy. New kids are still a big deal, I guess.
Brandon entered the Catholic Church this Easter. He is pretty excited about this. As always, he carries around the latest books that he is reading. This year, I think he was reading the Early Church Fathers or something similar.
Brandon's books caught the eye of one the conference guests.... a celebrity from Catholic media (TV, radio, bookshelves). He joined us for conversation at the CPS smoking table. I'll have to share his story later.
