Really? I receive e-versions in my email for some reason, and am frequently amused. The last issue included an "Ode to a Toilet", or something like that. I've had an ode published about a year ago, about two years after I submitted it, in a certain outdoors magazine. I'd love to submit something to PR sometime, just for grins; I need to look into the requirements.

I subscribe. If you'd like a print copy or two to check it out, let me know. As a reading man, you'd really enjoy it and the searchable list of interviews back to the 1950s is worth the price of admission on its own.

There's a copy on my shelf, that I've attempted to muddle through a couple of times. I'll give it another shot sometime.

Similar attempts. Gave it to a coworker who expressed an interest. I’ll try again one day.

This is the first time I've read it. Just getting around to it at 63! He (in this book anyway) is certainly writing for his time, so a lot of the people, literature, and events he mentions mean nothing to me so sometimes I have to put my head down and muscle through it and just focus on his overarching theme.
