Lots on noise, too. And not just singing.

It's 1:30 a.m. and I'm awake, doing some reading while sipping on a sugar-free lemon-lime liquid IV.

Smack in the middle of a five-day fishing frenzy with 10 year old Grandson #2. We're in heaven. He's counting fish, cause that's what young men do, and he says we're close to a hundred after two days. I've planned the first four days specifically and precisely to introduce new techniques, on different types of water, increasing the challenge as we go - spin casting, fly casting 20', reading water, breaking down his approach, setting the hook, landing fish, reviving the tired ones, fly casting 40', longer hikes, etc - but always with the opportunity to be on a lot of fish, and I'll let him choose where we circle back to on the last day.

We've settled in to an easy routine of staying up late playing cards and watching the Olympics. He and the dogs sleep in while I pay the bills for a couple hours every morning. Then he'll nuke some breakfast sandwiches for us to share before we pack lunch and hit the road. #luckiestmanalive

I forgot my pipe tamp and there is no good pipe shops in okc. I will be using the handle off my safety razor till I get by rockler and get the material to whittle one.
