My daughter started the renewal process for my driver's license.
I'm no bueno when it comes to doing stuff on computers.
I'm really blest to have a daughter, huh?

Apparently, it worked. Th DMV gave me permission to make an appointment for the eye test, which I did.

I try not to be that guy. I try to have hope in young people. Really, I do. But it gets harder each day.

I have three pair of Woolrich pants that I really like for fishing and other outdoor activities. They're lightweight so they're good as a base layer in cold weather or alone in the summer and they dry quickly. I paid maybe $35/pr a few years ago at my favorite outdoors surplus shop. They're showing their age so I'm trying to find exact replacements. It seems Woolrich has decided I'm no longer their target customer.

These pants range from $155-$328

The trousers I like were, in fact, made in China. And they're not wool. Some sort of thin fast-dry synthetic

Their diversity and inclusion mission doesn't have space for white guys unless they can pass as a brown guy. Their whole website is trash that really pushes for minorities in the outdoors. I get it, it's a great ideal. Putting pictures on your website doesn't make it happen. NOBODY who enjoys the outdoors should be barred or harassed by racist snobs. But nobody who doesn't enjoy the outdoors should be patronized by showing models that look like them or be pushed to do activities that are foreign to their cultures if they don't personally tend towards it. I once heard an interview with a black player on the Denver Broncos where the interviewer asked if he enjoyed the nearby snow skiing. Dude said "Nah man, black guys don't mess wi dat."
