I expect the twitter execs will start a new service similar to their old one. They knew Musk was going to come in swinging his axe, making changes to the platform and personnel. Major changes. He will tear down much of what they built, yet they forced the sale anyway. I think they're leftist ideologues, but they took this opportunity to make a pile of cash before starting a new place that's very similar to the old place. All the users who liked the old place will migrate to the new place.

Sound familiar?

Elon tweeted this earlier.

He is proposing an 8$ monthly fee for all verified blue checks and they are melting down. What's his name, the horror book writer.. Stephen king tweeted that twitter should be paying him and said he will leave if he has to pay 8 quid a month (Stephen King is worth 500 million)

The proposed 8$ a month is to cull the bots and fake accounts.
