When we were in Mississippi, there was an old guy at church that would give Werther's Originals to kids and youth ministers. I, like the kids, would thank him and stick it in my pocket. No one would actually eat them more than once. We then went to a church in Kentucky where there was a similar old man, passing out the Werthers. What is it with old people and Werthers? How many more Werthers are passed out than actually eaten?

Werther's are awesome. They're like Candied Butter.
