I've had some blending tobacco for a couple years. I finally put a few together. It is a 1:1:1 ratio of Dark Fired Kentucky, Burley, and Virginia. It's pretty good. Anybody else have a personal concoction they like?

On topic - The only blending tobaccos I have are perique and latakia, which are still in the containers that I received them in. The only blending I've done is combine remnants from various tins or pouches, which most, if not all, of the time results in a pretty good smoke.

Dancing Baptist - I really liked it, but the recipe died with the old site and I don’t remember the proportions. I remember thinking I had it pretty close, but had gone too light on the perique. It was good fresh, but really improved after a few moths in the jar. Not a nic bomb, but it did pack a bit of a punch.
Burley, VA, dark fired KY, and perique.
Now you’ve got me thinking about another try.

I'm lazy, I prefer to buy pre-blended by the bag. I thought about blending my own to reduce cost, but it seemed too time consuming and potentially messy.joegoat wrote: 23 Mar 2023, 16:34 I've had some blending tobacco for a couple years. My jar of LBOE (little bit of everything) filled up and I smoked a bowl. It has notes of day old vomit, dog fart, and cheap liquor.sweetandsour wrote: 23 Mar 2023, 18:49 On topic - The only blending tobaccos I have are perique and latakia, which are still in the containers that I received them in. I like premade stuff. I'm just feeling adventurous.Toro wrote: 23 Mar 2023, 23:41I'm lazy, I prefer to buy pre-blended by the bag.
