Cigarson and wife are coming over for dinner on Friday.

Mostly, they want to drop off their tax info for me to work on.

DIL has requested her favorite "Chicken Gnocchi Soup" (Olive Garden clone recipe). Gotta feed Momma!!!!

I give the recipe a bit "Chef Emeril BAM!" by blackening the chicken thighs before dicing them into the soup.
(I got a recipe for an exotic Italian blackening rub from Louisiana Cooking Mag about ten years ago, and it has been a hit. The secret spice is nutmeg and fenugreek.)
