The genetic analysis of the mutations showed two mutations that are more resistant to chemo, so she has one of the more powerful chemotherapy drugs (poisons?) in her cocktail. This has led to a fairly rough experience thus far, and the effects are cumulative. She has a PET scan on Tuesday. We will know more after that.
