If you can't listen to "Feliz Navidad" continually until Christmas, you are the Grinch. And for that, you get this:

Still has to be Silent Night.

Last evening we were downtown Port Neches for the lighting of the town's Christmas tree, before which the high school choir, which includes our granddaughter, was singing. Afterward we were walking back to our car while a small group was singing Silent Night from the small stage, and suddenly a flock of snow geese flew over low enough to be visible in the darkness. I got my phone out and video on to try to capture the moment, with the cries of the geese overhead, and Silent Night in the background. Alas, the camera couldn't focus on the geese, nor the song. The audio did record the geese and a "wow" from my wife. I'll try to post it.
The Indians will not bother you now, on account of ... you are touched.

Christmas Truce, 1914. The man that doesn't ball at the concept of two Christian armies lamenting their shared fate and taking a day to remember that they were brothers in Christ is not the kind of man I want to know.
