I saw an article in my local newspaper yesterday. It said the NYTimes discovered that Monday's Wordle answer was "fetus" and they quickly changed it so as not to appear connected to recent news from the court. The word was chosen long ago, but they were nervous, and want to assure everyone that the Wordle game is distinct from their news division. It seems some players saw it anyway.
