TMI for today: I weighed 225 this morning before taking a morning's constitutional, and I weighed 225 afterward. I'm not sure if that is a good thing, or bad.

A young Japanese colleague who was doing his year-long rotation through the US plant of a Japanese company I once worked for saw another colleague eating Maruchan brand ramen noddles for lunch. He said that means more or less "(Round) Fat Boy" in Japanese.
