Well we were blessed with 17 inches of white stuff...so I have been shoveling snow most of the morning...was able to get the 4Runner into the street and down to a parking lot, and get most of the snow off of it....back to the house and more shoveling. The streets were a mess...one plow strip down the middle of the subdivision main street and one plow strip each direction on the city streets...the run off water is up over the sidewalk under the snow cover...gonna be a wet sloppy mess for a few days. I keep reminding myself that we need the moisture

Heavy rainy day. Farmers are grateful, due to the light snow this winter.

My brother in Estes has over 2' with the bottom few inches being wet/heavy stuff from yesterday before it got cold. Broke his snow blower. That deer my go hungry for a day or two.

I’m curious what all the hubbub is about concerning an astrological event on the 8th is all about? I remember when they would hand out eclipse glasses out at school when I was a kid, not deploy the guard and advise people to have 2 weeks of food and water on hand?
