My wife is in the 7th week of her surgery recovery, she has read the books she wanted to read, and watched the movies she wanted to watch, so now she is doing a puzzle book and watching the HGN channel. She loves the home remodel shows and there is even one based in Pagosa Springs, over in Durango Pipe's neck of the woods.

I have never been a big fan and have only watched a few...but with her watching and me being the care giver, I can hear it in the background...the last 10 min of every episode is just women shrieking "Oh My Gosh...Its So Wonderful", "Oh my, is it even my house", "Oh I just can't believe it", "Oh I'm gonna cry...I love it so much"....Blah Blah Blah...all of this is shrieked at a level that makes dogs howl...it seems like most of the shows are set in the South so the women shriek with a southern twang, or in California so they shriek with the Valley Girl vibe...

It makes my teeth itch...not that you care

We should start a pool with the dates Bloodhound starts their own remodel, and an over/under line on what's it's going to cost.

I'll say the guest bath makeover starts June 4. He'll get of easy with only a $8,950.00 bill for that room.

But that's only the start.

I just finished a zoom meeting that included a bright young lady named Chevy. The conversation didn't allow me to ask, but I'm assuming her folks were car people.

Perhaps, also possible they watched a lot of early Saturday Night Live and we’re fans of Mr. Chase.

Today my place of employment changed our tobacco ban from "no tobacco ever and you will be tested for nicotine" to " no tobacco use during work hours and no testing for nicotine".
