The blue will deflect the space lasers. I'd cover the black with blue though. You wouldn't want 1/2 your roof burned. Are you expecting your roof color to change?

We buy electricity from the city and the send out a quarterly report showing our power use to those of regular neighbors and efficient neighbors. Sorta like that schem in China where you get extra citizen points if the closed circuit cameras catch you helping an old lady cross the street or picking up someone else's hamburger wrapper. Anyway, I work from home and have a desktop, laptop, and three 27" monitors running 8-10 hours a day, along with AC to keep me comfortable in that roomful of heat generators and I still only use about 10% more power than my brown-nosing efficient neighbors. %25 less than the wasteful pigs.
