Irish Flake
Bought a ton of Peterson Irish Flake this past Saturday. It’s been about 15 years since I’ve had it. It was too strong for my liking back then. However, I’m enjoying it now about as much as I’ve ever enjoyed any blend. Fantastic.

I've got an old tin of Irish Flake riding in my cigar humidor. How about that?
It belonged to Cigarson, but I'm sure he has forgotten all about it. I just remembered, myself. It should be enjoyed, I think.
I'm working slowly through my collection of half-opened and long-forgotten tins. I had a bowl of Fusilier's Ration today....

PIF. It's a good smoke.

It's a fav.
Rattray's Stirling Flake is nearly identical and is a fine smoke, too.

Irish Flake
I have some Irish Flake that showed up in a box on my door step at Christmas time. I have never tried it. I do like strong dark fired blends, so I am looking forward to popping open a tin of Irish Flake and Thank you Secret Santa:)

This is my favorite fishing blend....Some of this in my FredS pipe on a Colorado trout stream while waving a stick is my idea of a very good day!Del wrote: 10 Jun 2024, 18:08 ...I had a bowl of Fusilier's Ration today....
