Ice Cream

I was jonesin me an ice cream sammich this afternoon like a mug.

I'm old. I've paid my dues. Why can't I have a <zederated> ice cream sammich once a year or so? And don't say A1C levels!

I got a book by Dr. Jason Fung that explains all about the diabetus. Type II is reversible. So, I'm trying. I'll let you know how I make out.

My mom used to make homemade ice cream sammies when we were kids. We had no idea how lucky we were.

In Wisconsin, the local Kwik Trip convenience store chain owns their own dairy and make their own ice cream.

Super-premium stuff, at convenience store prices -- and convenience store convenience!
