Ah! Software update! At work that means I'll be on the phone with IT for at least a half hour trying to figure out why nothing works. Luckily, we have the top notch type who first ask if I tried restarting the computer.

I was on, and clicked to reply to a thread, and it went blank screen, then error...I had a panic moment, and then figured Biff was likely doing an update and just turned the machine off...and this morning its all back and good!
